Privacy Policy
This website is deliberately data-minimal: no cookies, no tracking, no third-party content.
Protecting your data matters to me — ideally by not collecting any in the first place. Below I explain what data is processed when you visit this website, why, and what rights you have. Version: 8 July 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is authoritative.

2. Data minimisation at a glance
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and no advertising networks. All content — fonts, images and videos — is served from my own server; no content is embedded from third-party servers (such as Google Fonts or YouTube). There is no contact form and no user account. Personal data therefore only arises to the technically necessary extent described below.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany. When you access the site, the web server automatically processes technical access data (server log files): the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, the referring page (referrer), browser type and operating system.
This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Log files are not merged with other data and are not analysed for marketing purposes; they are deleted after a short period unless retention is required for security reasons. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Contacting me
If you contact me by email, phone or messenger, I process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for business correspondence) apply.
5. WhatsApp link
The website contains a link to WhatsApp (wa.me). Simply visiting the website does not transfer any data to WhatsApp. Only when you click the link does WhatsApp or its website open; from that point on, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) applies. Its use is voluntary — you can just as well reach me by phone or email.
6. Accessibility settings (local storage)
Via the "Adjust view" panel you can choose display options (text size, contrast, readable font, spacing, animations off). Your selection is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage, entry "moegen-a11y") so it persists on your next visit. No data is transferred to me or to third parties, and no tracking takes place. This storage is strictly necessary for a service you explicitly request (§ 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG) and therefore requires no consent. You can delete the entry at any time via "Reset" in the panel or via your browser's site data.
7. Business card download (vCard)
Via "Save contact" you can download my contact details as a vCard file. Beyond the log files described in section 3, no data is collected — the file contains my contact details, not yours.
8. TLS encryption
The website uses TLS encryption ("https"). Data transferred when accessing the site cannot be read by third parties.
9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise them, simply use the contact details above.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for me is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
10. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place. You are neither legally nor contractually required to provide personal data; however, the website cannot be delivered without the technical data described in section 3.
11. Changes to this policy
I will update this privacy policy whenever the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
